Is this allowed? A page being created about a certain website? Or is it strictly videos and that sort of thing?

I don't think that is allowed because it might be promoting. I also think that posting an outside link might cause POF problems because they don't know the contents of said site. I might be wrong about all that. I suggest PM an Admin/Mod about it.

Guild sites are usually allowed, as long as it's not on a site that isn't allowed. It's sort of depends on the site itself, it's content, etc. I'd assume it needs to be PG rated at most, as that is the rating of this site. You probably should PM an admin before posting any external sites though, unless its something from the POTCO site.
