Here is a graph that shows how much reputation you need to gain to acheive each level compared to others. It lost it's interactivity to the point where you can no longer check the actual percent of each level.

NOTE: levels 2-7 have data but as you can see that area of blank space at the beginning, that is where these leves are, they are just too small compared to other levels to count.

Cool information. Might I suggest using a line graph instead? Using a line graph will let you see the "experience curve".

Put levels along the x axis (horizontal) and experience required on the y axis (vertical).
