Ship Stuck at Sea

It's back! Last night after porting from a lucrative loot run, I went to repair my ship at the shipwright and I couldn't as my ship was still at sea with people on it. I could only board my ship (not launch, board) from a dinghy and still couldn't repair after porting on another island. You can't switch servers as your ship is stuck on the server you were sailing on.

The fix....same as when this happened years ago. Sink your ship. Fortunately I was still able to sail it unlike the previous glitch which wouldn't allow you to sail. After we sunk all crew members ended up with a black screen and had to Alt F4 to force close Pirates. After logging back in we all submitted a report and everything appeared to be normal with the ship. Anyone else experience this lately?

I have seen idle ships a lot in the pass month. They aren't afk because I see them in the same place every time.

Noticed that also, Kris. Kept waiting for my ship to get stuck like on test not long ago right before the Scoundrel update.

Brilliant..... The last time this happened to me my ships were locked for over a week. I hope they have a patch in the works. Unless they rolled it into this next update that is coming.

It was fixed on test in 2 days, AKA. So, I'm sure that the Mouse is aware & will make it right.

I saw a ship glitched yetserday, forgot what server. It had a 4 scoudnrel rank and was attracking tons of Hunters, a friend and I sunk them and got some good rep.

I just called support..... Known issue. They are working on it. I literally could not play tonight with all my ships glitching.

This is now a common glitch. Yesterday I thought my War frigate was still in that glitch turns out not.

It brings the players back thier ship when server resets.

I'm aware this glitch has been around. A server reset typically clears it temporarily. My big issue with this bug is the fact that is was around over 2 years ago. Not identical to the previous issue, but close enough. I called Disney last night, used live chat, submitted in game report and sent an email. As before, if you sink your ship it temporarily clears the issue.

That being said, when I switched Pirates last night the other one didn't have a stuck ship issue. But when I ported....with tons of loot.....none of the items went into my inventory.

All servers need a reset for this glitch and also for lag reduction.
