I think mine looks about like yours. My question is are these going to actually mean something to the game at some point?

I had hoped the 9 rogues would lead to a quest. Elizabeth made it sound that way, with her father missing; and note that one of the Rogues is named Swann. He was probably kidnapped by the others and is in need of rescue. The Teeth Jack has you find are supposed to be a map for treasure, but we do not go on the treasure hunt. I have not gone to Tia for her treasure yet, but the rest of them sound pretty generic.

Well i don't think so, because i believe these are just collectible items that you can look for but they could do.
