Two year's. Long time eh? Sometimes it feels like I've been in this guild since yesterday, others since I started playing. And that's a good thing. It means I've bonded pretty well with this guild. Two years is a long time. But even though its been a long time, it has been probably some of the greatest years of my life. 350 people that are not just my guild, but my family. This guild started off pretty slow, small, very simple, not even that active. But we've come such a long way. I remember when I first came on POForums, when I was the only person posting on our thread, and now we have our own FORUM with posts in it everyday. It is truly amazing how far a guild can come in this amount of time. I am very proud to call myself the guildmaster of this guild. I watch over the guild, do promotions, keep things running smoothly, but I don't want to be treated as if I am some god of this guild, or your master that you must obey. Although if I ask for rum, I'd appreciate if you gave it to me. Sharky, that means you. When I first joined this guild, I had fantasies of being some legendary guildmaster, but I realized over time that's not what I wanted. All I wanted was a guild. A family. The Shadow Sorcerers. I joined this guild in hopes of becoming a legend... But I stayed when I realized that I had something better than that. All of you. Now will you say it with me?

I'm not very good at speeches so I'll say a couple of words. Everyone in this guild of mine is my family. I am just so happy to have people that care about me, and will help me with problems. So I just want to say, everyone in this guild, also in this room, are the most meatyest people ever. SO HAND ME MEAT MATES!

In the short time that I've been here, I've been amazed by the people. (in this guild) They are the most helpful Pirates I have ever met in Pirates. And to that I have one thing to say.

So, I've been pretty unactive on my guild Pirate. Yet, I still feel close to everyone. Like I'm in the guild, while I'm not, if that makes sense. So I've gained UBER respect for everyone. And will ya say it with me?

My story with this guild started awhile ago when I put my baby Pirate, Red Beard, in the Shadow Sorcerors. Yet, I only spent minutes at a time on him. Sometimes I didn't log onto him for days or even weeks. But in that short time, I made MANY friends, and after awhile I realized that I was more a part of this guild than my own guild, and that the times I was on Red were some of the best times I had in the game. Nope. The BEST times I had in the game. And after I put my main Pirate in, I NEVER looked back. So thank ye ALL for making this such an Amazingly Awesome guild, and the first guild I can truly call home.

My apologies in advance if a few of you doze off in the middle of this. I remember just about a year ago when I found this marvelous guild. (filtered by Disney) And although he seemed to slip in fine with everybody else, I knew there was something special about him. Each of them thought their guild was the best. But these days, most of those guilds are gone. A guild can not be measured by small success, but by success over time. And I believe this guild is a true measure of that. Mr. Fireskull, I know you no longer have a goal of becoming a legendary guildmaster, and although the term legendary is under debate, I do know this: You have already achieved that goal - by a long shot. And I'm sure, over time , this guild will continue to grow as a true measure of legends. You're on the right track mates and realize this: You do not only have the support of each other, which is stronger than any bond, but you have the support of me, my mates, and many others. So here's a toast - to a great guild, legendary Pirates, and a wicked party indeed.

(Filtered by Disney) But I found more than that, what I found was a strong bond of friendship and family. My other Pirate, though he's weak, is strong by the power of his friends. Because what (GARR) you together is your freindship. It was family. Through my freinds... Through helping them... Through watching an Invasion crash... Through me being confused who was the real Davy... I have had a lot of fun with Shadow Sorcerors. And what really matters is it's bond.

I left yer speech out because I thought it was a promotion speech, since it was right after yer promotion, or something like that, I won't lie I had WAY to much Rum during the Party last night. But if ye want I'll add yer speech!
