strange log in issue - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

I have three pirates. Cutlass Chris, Christopher Redsteel, and Pirate Jenny. Just now I was able to log in as the last two with no problem but it keeps crashing whenever I try to play as Cutlass Chris. I reported this bug to Disney but I'm still baffled. Has anyone else had this issue?

Maybe the servers just don't like that name. It's a big possibility.

Perhaps there's some problem with names that begin with "C" and end with "s" in both instances, that's my guess.

The last time I had this happen (2+ years ago) with one of my four characters I had to call Disney Technical Support as R/R of the software did not resolve the issue.They did correed the issue on their end and I was back in business.

Can't be. I've had him for over a year now and he's at level 41. No way would they suddenly NOW decide they don't like the name.

What's their number? What ended up being the problem?

I think I figured it out. I just tried to have one of my other pirates Teleport to Port Royal and it crashed. I just remembered that when ever I play Cutlass Chris, he's starting at Port Royal. Something is wrong with Port Royal.
