Planning ahead for lvl 40

Right now I'm lvl 37 and a half and doing some quick math I should hit lvl 40 before mastering all weapons. Any idea if after you hit 40 you can still rep on a weapon but not have it count to the overall notoriety? Just trying to plan ahead.

yes u can still get weapon rep

I dont know if I wanna master my weapons since once u get to 40 no more reps count. Why waste the reps when u can do it after the notoriety cap increases.

I was checking leaderboards of people who mastered grenades, and on some profiles, it said 'Noteriety level 42'. So not only can you still level weapons, apparently the game keeps track of the extra rep after you achieve Pirate Master.

The ones with level 42 in Dxd reached Master before they took away rep from mastered weapons. Per Disney it was a glitch that let their level show as 42 instead of stopping at 40. There are some with level 42 that have since mastered their second and even third pirates. The new ones all stopped at 40. In game their pirates that show as 42 on Dxd only show as level 40.

I got a second screen showing my master status as 40 (with a mention that the box mentions this is the CURRENT top level - leading to believe this will be raised at some point) and the weapons mastered Angel... If I had the screenshot here (I'm not a home at the moment) I would of posted it for ya...
