where you could cast spells instantly, or while running, just had to switch weapons and then f6 back to your staff, hold the attack button down and watch the meter rise super fast. and to run with a charged spell, all you had to do was keep holding the key down while you moved, and release when needed. (loved the OMG how u do that?? to the vet squad, running into the pack and unleashing desolation

i did make a youtube vid of it i made a month ago if ya wanna look it up, i loved using 5 point desolation, now its worthless

and i cant get the points back.

it was great using it as an instant flagship crew killer, and was great at helping people master the staff. (banish+tormenta crew) but it was publically posted by someone and a bug report sent, so thats why it is now fixed. and during a bad time lol..as i was using it the other day trying to get my staff to 20 on my other pirate, so its gonna take 3 times as long now, lucky i already have a mastered one.

Yep, people go and ruin our fun. I mean bugs are the only thing we have left thats fun in the game anymore!!!

yea

all the bugs are getting fixed really fast i think instead of them fixing stupid bugs like the crabs on driftwood the staff fast cast i think they should fix the big bugs like crahses the boss battle

Glad to see they fixed the TP quest bug though. That was nice of them. My lil pirate finally got her TPs last night!!!

Aww man, why do people have to post these glitches. Of course the devs look at the site and fix it. All posting glitches does it get them fixed. If that's what you want, have it your way. But I actually want the glitches to stay.

oh..and just so everyone knows..they never bothered fixing the truly annoying bugs yet,

i still get kicked off the wheel while sailing (particularly when at full speed)

flags still sink randomly

the whisper a friend is still broken.

fort dundee guards are still under the level/midair at times, insane ranges for voodoo users/grenadiers, no animations for them yet, as well as they can apparently throw invisible grenades through solid objects.

i can still crawl out of various walls/all ship crawling spots still work.

the new skill for sailing still has no unlock level/usable yet.

way to go lol.. i can think of more, and will when im bored enough or come across em again, as i dont keep track of em. and feel free to post the unfixed ones yet..maybe if we all say how much we want them to stay, disney will fix em

another annoyance,

when people tp to you why do they have to appear in FRONT of your character?
ive had nades blow up in my face cuz of that, or being pushed aside right in the middle of a move.

and grenades are still broken with their damage indicators (yes im aware u have to have them targeted for the actual damage to be dealt) but still fix the broken part, where the damage number shows, but no damage is given to their hp.
i tested this again today, and even on myself, thowing them at my feet and watching the number appear yet my hp remained untouched.

enemy combos remain unfixed too, kill an enemy while hes performing a combo, and what keeps hitting you? (his full combo still connects)

Whats worse is they are fixing all the 'Good Glitches' or the ones that make the 'Bad Glitches' bearable...

For example - no fix for the Flagship Sink Bug, The Hijack Bug, The Pearl, on and on...

But then they fix the Staff? Why? Before fixing the bugs that make the gama 'liveable' with all the other 'junk bugs' - fix the junk first! THEN I wouldn't mind them fixing the others because then I don't get swarmed by players - my boat sank and I can actually move on with my character!

I have this happen at all sorts of odd times, and unfortunately often amid battle.
It particularly infuriates me when my ships in trouble, and click my FULL SAIL skill, only to be booted from the wheel, cancelling the ships movement, me having to retake the wheel, and not get to use the Special Skill (its recharging), and worse yet, not get out of where I needed to get out of!

I am 100% certain that the circumstances mentioned by Angel were not applicable to when its happened to me.
