Ok, so I'm totally new at this forum thing, please don't kill me.

I don't know about everyone else here but I'm a little too old to be fighting with people online. My wifey Destiny(yes that popular girl on the forums is mine mine mine!) and I left our old guild because it just got too crazy with the fighting. And what do we get for trying to get away from it all?! MORE FIGHTING! :headdesk: I kid you not, the members of our old guild followed us around calling us "evil" and "traitors". Like really? REAALLLY?

I'm just wondering if this happened to anyone else or if we are the "lucky ones"?

Any advice, ideas? I wish I could just pvp them all but they wont accept the invites lol.... Any guild name suggestions would be appreciated too. We've already been denied 3 times.

sounds like a bunch of people tried to mooch of your hard work and when you left, they didn't have a crutch to lean on anymore. Just take them off of your friend list, and hop servers when you log on, start at the bottom of the list one day then skip around it the next. If they try to go to every server looking for you just to harass you, report them.

Yea I've had that happen before. Actually multiple times. I guess I can say you get used to being hated after it happens on multiple games, like RuneScape, World of Warcraft, etc.

Might need to wait a few days. They still might be considering your first submittal (even if you got a rejection), and all the others you submit after that will be denied.

But yeah, it's rather sad we keep getting harassed, poor wifey gets the most of it though.

In all seriousness it annoys me so much because they keep referring to us as 'traitors' for leaving when in the end the guildmaster was NEVER on and we couldn't handle a bunch of people acting like ten year olds. I love our new guild because it was all of our little group that was inside the old one. In the end, we didn't leave to start a new guild, we left and people followed because unlike the large "powerful" guild our group wanted to be with friends and actually get something accomplished.

Thanks everyone who posted replies, I feel sooo loved :wipes away tear: Btw, Angels of Destiny is an awesome suggestion but I don't think the guys in our guild will be too happy about it. LOL Who cares about them anyway! JK JK. And it's true we didn't leave our old guild to go all power crazy and steal everyone away. People came to us asking to join besides the few friends I did invite with me.
So I'm sorry it happens to other people too. Really I don't understand why people don't realize that it's just a game. I don't hate many people in the real world I never thought I would have people I never met hate me online lol

Sorry to hear that, however your situation sound very very familiar to the one with the Elite Circle. Angel's lil sis was being harassed once for leavin her last guild. All out following around hour long arguments and just plain annoyances. We ended up having to unfriend everyone from the old guild that could possible be used as a middle man teleport totem.

Once in a while you would run across someone, but after a week they kinda realize "This is a game and its not real life!!" Have patience, as it will get better. When they start followin you around, just do the mature thing and ignore them or switch servers and warn their totem u will drop them if they continue to bring the drama to you.

Like I said, I was where you are a month ago. Today, the history is still there, but no more stalkers and drama. As for guild names, best to go to XD Players Channel and check what guild names they already have. Angels of Destiny is still available!!

If the people in your guild won't be happy, combine all their names together in one. Something like...

lol im going through that problem with one of my best friends right now because i used to be in his guild but he never was on and neither was anyone else so i left and joined a different guild. Now and then he calls me a traitor for leaving him for them but honestly. wouldn't you want to join a guild that actually is on then one that is not?

thats the whole point of a guild! To be able to talk and help people who are online the same time you are! Some people left our new guild and we didn't mind! We are still very much friends with them and still get to help each other out when possible, or play hide and seek in the kingshead glitch lol I guess it just depends on the maturity level of the person. If Destiny left me I'd be sad but it would probably be for a good reason. I don't know how people can really fight about this stuff!! News flash ITS A GAME LOL

i would love some of the older (i mean age wise) players to come join us in Caribbean Revenge. lets all merge together so we could always have plenty of fellow pirates on. our GM is on quite alot.
