POTCO on Satellite

Will POTCO work on a satellite internet connection? I know it works on cellular broadband but how about on a satellite connection?

Yes, it will work. Just because your connection is via satellite doesn't mean you're connecting to a different internet.

The only way it WOULDN'T work is if you ISP specifically blocked traffic to/from the POTCO servers.
