New Enemy Ship's on Test?
Ahoy Pirates!
i was on Test to do my quest's for the Boss Battle i was Going to Outcast isle to for the Dread Scorpion Quest. And then... I saw huge High level Ships little Away from Outcast Black Harbinger Level: 37 Ship: War Frigatte Ghost Ship  Navy Dreadnought + New Place? Level: 39 Ship: War Frigatte Navy Ship  i was Wondering that they Make New Enemy's on Sea's but they don't Release on the Release Notes, on Open i didn't See Anything. Jamie Ocean ps: When you are Wondering How near i Can come to the High Level Ships... They don't attack me im not sure why but the don't attack me

Those aren't new. Maybe you just have not seen those before or in a while. If you cannot find them in-game maybe I can show you myself. Including.. Juggernaut Level 47 EITC War Frigate shoots Firebrand from its front cannons.

There is a Navy Colossus Flagship which runs in the high 30s to low/mid 40s range near Cuba. It is fun to board, but the gold is not what I would think it should be at that level.
