Kingshead Teleport

Anyone know how I would be able to get the opportunity to start the quest that will allow me to teleport to Kingshead? Or is that not available like the boss battle?

As of now there is no tp to Kingshead. It's not a bug, or something they need to fix, it's just not a part of the game, yet. I hope it's added at some point though.

I know for certain that we will eventually have it because there is a dot there, but no one has access to it yet, just have to sail there...unfortunately.
