never found cannon rams??

hey guys i found these cannon rams and i got no idea were they could be found or if someone have them. idk if they can be found in cannon defense.. cause i gone to wave 102 and all they give you is the rev.cannon ram and the hunted cannon ram. maybe if you got to wave 200 and today that have not been done..( to my recors) or maybe is in the sea out there like the master gunners.. anyway this are:
Shadow Crow Cannon Ram
Cerebus Cannon Ram
Behemoth Cannon Ram
Spectral Cannon Ram
Possessed Cannon Ram

I think you need to go further, I noticed that in cannon defense, they give rare version first, then famed ex. in wave 20-50 you get greyhound, in 52 you get bloodhound. Shadow Crow is a better version of rev and Spectral Cannon, Ram Possessed Cannon Ram are better version of haunted, so you might have to go to at least 160+(since Igor and his team reached almost 150 and they did not say they found these rams)
