sorry mods, this is probably the wrong spot, my biggest apologies =).

Is anybody on here a fan of real pirates? I.e Anne Bonny, Bartholemew Roberts, Blackbeard, Henry Morgan etc?

If you are, let me know! I admire Anne Bonny the most =).

Great =]. Henry Morgan was one of the most succesful Pirates, I can see why you like him! A privateer, no?

aye plus he was a REAL pirate of the carribean and made dock at the REAL port royal and was one of the most notorious pirates for his time

invading the spanish empire down in panama

I got a pirate collection, including books, toys, and videos.

BTW, anyone remember that old game by Sid Meyers, Pirates! Got that from 20 years aog, box, map and all.

Yes, I'm a fan of William Edward Teach ( A.K.A. Blackbeard ).

I've read numerous books on him... Most fierce pirate ever.

Aye, with burning sticks in his beard, and gun powder in his rum!!

I recently visited the Outer Banks, ScurvyCory, where he used to roam free =). According to legend, one of the places he stashed some booty is on Ocracoke island.. Awesome, eh? And as legend also goes, if you sit on the beach on a certain day of the year, at sunset his ship appears on the horizon.. I didn't see it myself, but mind you it was probably the wrong day lol.

Glad I found some Pirate maties!!

Obviously, I am a fan of Eustace the Monk AKA The Black Monk. Not so obviously, I am also a fan of Ching Ii, Ching Shih, and Chang Poa (My PvPers name - Tried it and it went through). Got them in your collection of information? No fair G..gling them.

Man, I cannot wait for our dreary colors to come back.

yeah, ive heard of ALL of them, but i read dis book it said there really was a ship called the black pearl........ it was HUGE.

I think Black Bart and Black Beard were the best of the Caribbean, despite there brief careers and violent endings, Anne was more just popular, the one that I always thought needed more publicity was the guy who started it all with one big heist then retired, I forget his name.

I've since created Thomas Tew and Edward Teach. Thomas is coming along nicely and Edward... Well, Edward is still in his infancy. Getting ready to DB Chang Poa. He had a good run, but an error in his build is making him as useless to me as Grapeshot on Collosus.
