more releases needed

everyone knows the story the potco team has promised us stuf that has never come out this thread is saying things the potco team has promised to release and hasnt yet and things they should release

1. kraken do i need to say this the potco team is three years late with this one
2. ship customisatin again potco team said this three years ago( if you ask me even flag and sail design would be a good start)
3. new ships this needs to be updated we've needed more ships for ages
4. new weapons yeah ive found loads of suggestions about this one we need things like dual wield, axe, fists and make shift weapons (bottle, anchor, chain, rope, nail, boot, skeleton leg) and cannons (normal cannon, heavy cannon, tri cannon)

if anyone has more ideas or would like to improve these ideas just post a comment

Honestly, really?

I know that Disney hasn't delievered a lot of things that people have been begging for for years now, but now is not the time to complain and say that Disney needs to release more stuff. Big D has been busting their bums for the past half year now, pumping out updates big and small left and right.

We need to give them time to take a breath, before they actually start to tackle the heavy stuff. Patience, young grasshopper.

Just like Del said to. Disney also has other games to work on and some of these things are big projects. We cant be that much spoiled in such tiny time frame. Its like publishing a book in 1 day, you cant do that because it need revising and such. Disney has to create the things, close test, open test, testers test the items, close live, open live. You need to relax a little mate.

It's not like they DON'T KNOW we want this stuff. They talk about other features and story all the time. They takes polls, etc. It's about TIME and MONEY...

Well, for one, would it make since to just drop in the Kraken for no reason right now? Maybe if and when a second story quest comes out, we'll get it then. EVERYTHING Disney updates follows a story line. The "accidental" new ships on test a while back show that ships ARE being worked on. And new weapons are coming, as well. Like Eliza said, they know what we want. It's not like it just appears in Test one day like "poof!" and then it's worked on and released. They aren't just sitting around watching TV all day, they're working on these. BE PATIENT, and they'll be here before you know it. Keep in mind, Panda3D isn't that good of a game engine. They're probably squeezing all they can out of it as it is.

The problem with Disney is that they don't want to expand game files(700 Mb). I think 700 Mb is small for a game that is played by tens of thousands. I see many of you disagree with the thread author but is it he or we players to blame for what Disney has promised a long time ago??
Plus i think Disney doesn't take suggestions from players seriously. They go more by what they think is good than what the players who play every day think is fun. Players from SVS have been asking to for more than a year to fix the bugs. YES, Not add stuff, but fix bugs, then add something new, and they send the same reply to players.
Its a great game, i think the game crew needs to listen to what we like instead of just throwing their own ideas(not even related to movies) because we pay and we play.

like all the others have said we need to be patient but i do agree on content is needed, but disney likes it to be in good standing when they update thing and add stuff, just imagine how many problems everyone would have iff they unloaded a new thing each week it would be complete chaos, one it would screw with the game two it's hard to fix when all the problems that would happen
