Lack of release notes

Anyone else noticed this? Last release notes were on October 20th. Strange, as they used to be updated every week or so. Ever since the fishing update, there have been very few release notes, which bugs me a little. This can only mean one of the following.

1) The game is perfect and bug free! <---- no.

2) The POTCO team is too lazy to do any bug fixes. People call them lazy, but I honestly don't think they are. They work hard, whether you think so or not. Thats my thought at least. I would rule out this one, but idk about you.

3) They have everyone working on developing new content. Ehh, could be. But I think that they should be having people work on bug fixes and new content, instead of one or the other.

4) They are working to fix just a few major bugs. These bugs would have to be really difficult to fix, and they are major enough that most of the team is working on fixing them. This to me is the most likely possibility, but I don't honestly know.

3 and 4 because they do try to get bugs out while they are getting bigger stuff to the game like for instance the ship of the line just because it seemed perfect at first because it was the best ship in the game but big ships have big bugs to ..
u get what im saying it takes alot of time to fix bugs glitches and all the viruses it could have but im not saying that it could have viruses leaked into it lol.......................

I be thinking Disney is working on putting the Ship of the Line and other ships back in and finding all the ways of patching the God Glitch forever, so we won't have to waste time trying to free a pirate in undead form every Curse of Muertos Moon.

but from wat ive heard in previous threads is that each glicht that is fixed opens up another form or just another glich so its like a never ending cycle

Then... what was this "ghost update" about the other day? I have noticed more skulls at sea, and I'm getting them from Fleets. Disney seems a little embarrassed to say, "Ok, we screwed up, but it's fixed now!" by adding some updates to the release notes.
