If Jolly Roger really wanted to destroy us, wouldn't there be more Storm Reapers, Black Harbingers and Death Omen everywhere, not just around Padres? At least Beckett did a better job invading Padres with the EITC Barracuda - EITC Juggernauts all around Padres...

Not only is he losing his army, or whatever, he's apparently losing money to afford more than a ton of Phantoms in low-level areas...

This could be a sign of an undead treasure fleet. Disney said the idea made sense when I asked them. However, this could also be the beginning of an interesting story development.

Yeah, with Navy, EITC, and maybe Undead Treasure fleets, or whatever, we pirates need bigger and more powerful ships!

Hmmm... I'm not too sure about that... But a final battle against the Undead army&armada seems possible with the current story advancement (Cursed Blades to end JR, etc.).

I haven't logged on... it's only around Padres? :/ . And ot just Juggernauts, even Corsairs and Behemoths were in amazing numbers around Padres

Undead treasure fleet eh? From what what's been happening, it looks like Invasions are intended for JR only, and the same applying for Treasure Fleets with the Navy/EITC. It sounds interesting but I don't think it will come, for a while at least. And I think D already stated that the Skeleton Sea Offensive was part of JR's Halloween surprise for this year, so this MIGHT not be something new

All Hallows' Eve is approaching and its powerful magic is spreading throughout the Caribbean. Jolly Roger has been using the magic of All Hallow's Eve month to his advantage. First, he made land unsafe for Pirates by unleashing the Curse of the Muertos Moon. Now we hear he's going to create havoc at sea for Pirates too!

From October 22 - October 31, Pirates will see an increase in Skeleton ships at sea. Gather your crew and get out to sea! Don't let Jolly Roger get the best of us, Pirates. Attack and sink any Skeleton ship wherever you find it!

Actually when this thread was started it was BEFORE the game site had posted the information regarding the increase of Skellie ships,
However the seas were LOADED with them at Midnight Pacific time when it was announced in game.

I am trying to finish a quest, but no matter which server I went on I still did not fiind any Man-O-War ships. I think this sea patrol is a little out of hand especially when u can't find the ships u need to finish a quest. I wrote Disney about this problem and we will see if they fix it. Anyone else having trouble findiing ships for quest?
