Wink How do I make images with Paint the right size?

I can take images from the internet and merge them together on paint, sure.. BUT after I do that, there is like A LOT of extra page down below. so when I look at the paint drawing on Corel Photo dowloader(free version) the image is sooo small and up at the top of a long page of nothing....

How do I fix this?

Is there a better way to do it?

Also...for the POF Pic contest, can we use merged items(pics) or we have to actually "create" something new?? If so I haven't the slightest idea how people do that.

And after that, how do I fix the size and get it into the type of image that can be posted here?? Imageshack good??

Also can i use images i got off of photobucket(to merge them together)?
