Well, I know a majority of mine has come from pouches, and maybe a couple of them from regular chests.

Good luck in your hunt! In my opinion, I think its easier getting a Famed weapon than it is to get a scrap of black clothing.

Not the drop RATE, but the QUALITY seems off to me. At Raven's Cove I worked really hard to snag a skull chest on Witchdoctor Dan, and inside: a dagger (Just a dagger! Not even a special kind. :P) and 5 gold. I'm rich* THAT seems off to me

I have to agree with you about the quality of some of the Skull Chests when you open them. They can be down right nasty at times!

I think since my last post about the drop rate it has become better, but the chests content has REALLY become a hit or miss situation. You're either jumping for joy, or you're scratching your head wondering if your eyes are playing tricks with you.
