Red Ghosts

If you have been to Raven's Cove, you probably hate them. They can even K.O. a lv. 50 pirate. Rage Ghosts are a nightmare.

Those are impossible to kill. Well, it would be easy to kill them if you could touch them without dying!

So I'm wondering, what's the point? Sure, we need more challenge but enemies who do 10,000 HP damage are a little bit too much, don't you think?

I understand completely what you are saying! I think perhaps it is suggesting a raise on levels. I like the red ghosts for I think it's fun trying to avoid them. ;D

Not only do Rage Ghosts kill in one hit, they are also created to be invincible to any attack.

Face it, they're there to scare you off. You're literally supposed to run away from it. Beware at night! Etc.

Seriously, this is the only enemy you'd want to run from at all costs. Attacking it proves futile (and naive). Imagine the mayhem at Abassa!

I like it. It's a dominant species in the actual place. The move fits them, and they are invincible because they're rage has taken up their mind, and overall their power and health as well. I like this idea, beware night alright, also about Abassa.

I agree with Dog completely. If you want to fight them you stand no chance and you should just run if you see one. I like how they only come out at night and they do suit Ravens Cove nicely. If they weren't there, then what? We fight the level 32 fire bats? No challenges would exist without the ghosts.

Isnt doing 30,000 damage overkill though? I mean most level 50s have just below 3500 health, so they could do 4000 damage as still kill you in one hit... It seems a little.... weird... oh well.

So what? If they plan on having the ghosts do 1HKOs, then just set the damage ridiculously high in case the Level cap ever gets raised too high.

That's a really good point, Speedway! I have to agree.
Besides its fun having them be so dangerous and having to stay away from them. Makes them more exciting and unique than other enemies.

I LOVE the fact there is finally an impossibly difficult enemy in the game. It really sets a challenge, even for a group of level 50's. Disney better not make them weaker, or I will pull the hair out of me pirate's beard!

But I think they still should die at 0 health, because not being able to die takes the point out of killing them. They should set it up like invasions, all rage ghosts take 1/10 actual damage, so all the blundering abassaians can't hit a 10k shot and KO these ghosts instantly. Starting to hate raven cove from just seeing the vids, because basics can;t even go into the mines, and rage ghosts dont die so far, so obvously no loot, firebats... not xpecting much loot from them. Most people would be killing the ghosts inside mines for loot instead of DH, which would make us basic looters's life harder.

When this hits live, I'll probably be at Abassa before I ever do the quest, just to see the intelligence of POTCO players.

I'm sure there will be a few players that try to fight the Rage Ghosts for a few hours, and possibly until the next day trying to figure out how to stop them. After at least three KOs for an average person, I expect them to get the idea that you're not going to kill them.

And think of all the potions wasted of people reviving each other, too. Oh, those Abassa people have met their match with this enemy.

Aye... they are invincible. Or well, that's we think. I have heard from others, or remember seeing screenshots, where-in the voodoo weapon skill Voodoo Reflect apparently specializes in dealing death to the... dead.

But does the term "invincible" here refer to the "fact" that these ghosts appear as soon as they die.

For all we know there will be a future quest in which these agonized souls can be put to their ends

As Mac said, I wonder what means it would take for Abassians to understand that the underestimation of said enemy, would be non-imperative...
