weapon leveling...

i'm currently level 27 and have all of my weapons (excluding grenade) at level 15. I was leveling on the driftwood crabs, but i'm not getting near enough experience anymore. which island/enemy should i level on now?

I am Level 29 with 19-20 in my weapon skills.

I'm still getting good enough gains on those crabs to get my weapons to 20 and certainly enough in the lower levels.

Your High Notoriety is hurting your gains. But i would suspect even more that your not using the right skills when training.
