Whoa, you ever see this? I was running to the dingy to go to Tormenta when this caught my eye.

It is supposed to happen after you lose an invasion... but I have passed by Padres Walls/Faithful Bride/Gov. Mansion after about an hour of playing without any invasions and seen that....
