I ban SOS because Luckie doesn't quite grasp that not all puppets are muppets, and that Big Bird is definitely Not A Muppet or a Puppet.

I ban Sven for a good nights rest. To protect myself from the water, I surrounded my bed in flames! For even more protection I covered myself in 17 different spices to seal in the flavor.

I will not ban anyone - yet. (Takes out device) Because what would be the point (Punches in numbers) of doing that if you would only ban me back? (Vortex opens) You see, I tire of this endless game of ban and ban back. (Drags screaming Dead and Sven to edge of vortex) I want it to be a simple game of 'ban'. (Tosses Sven and Dead into vortex, where they are destroyed) So, with that aside, I can go ahead and ban those two for being 'dead'. Especially you Dead, you're supposed to be dead in the first place.
