Tips on Running a succesful guild
hi im in a guild ( co-gm ) and i wanted to know how to get high levels in a guild like McRagin or other guilds like that. I know that they were stared when a lot of high levels didnt have guilds and guilds were new but any tips
|

Those guys usually grew up in those guilds... Well they leveled up in them.
As far as tips... Just tip your waiters. I couldn't help myself. Patience, be polite to your members and to others. Don't get mixed with Drama. That destroys a lot of good guilds, and be sure to "know" who you make an Officer. Remain Seated Please. Permancer Sentados Por favor. |

In Order to create a guild like Mcraging you must have your good leadership postitions and a successful guild. I was up in that area and most of the mates mastered in my guild did grow up in the guild haha. Then they overrun me with 3 mastered pirates over my lvl 41 -_-. If you can find me on game i would join your guild on my secondary pirate and see how your doing. Or pm me a code... I'd be happy to help!
