Quick Leveling Question

I have Basic Access and currently have no plans to pay for Unlimited Access. My question is how much further can I level up with Basic Access? My stats are:

Notoriety: 10 (on the verge of 11)
Cutlass: 7
Pistol: 5
Sailing: 5
Cannon: 4
