Non Beta Players Will Soon Have a Chance To Get On The Test Serv?

Here is what I found on the official Pirates of The Caribbean Online Game Site:

Customization Updates - Now Live on TestFebruary 8 2008If you have access to the Test server, you can now check out all the new ways to customize your Pirate. Change your clothes, get a crazy new hairstyle and ink a tattoo to go with it. Next stop - the jewelry shop! Pick up a new nose ring and /dance your way through the streets of Tortuga -- you know you're lookin' good.

Those players who participated in the Pirates Online Beta Test (phase 1 or 2) automatically have access to the Test server and can log in by clicking on the Pirates Online Test Launcher icon located on their desktop. If you have access, but still need to download the Test Launcher, please do so by using the appropriate link below.

While we are not currently sending out any additional invitations to play on the Test server, we will be doing so in the near future, so stay tuned!

Look at that last part! Beautiful for those members like me who either knew about the beta or did not, but still did not play! Kinda reminds ya of the applications for the CL_ program in VMK... and now thats gone. Gotta be ready the day the applications will take place, probably next month or in Summer when the Second Half of the Game is put in.

I'll put it this way from my experiences with TT test. While it does seem fun seeing new stuff first, I don't think fun is the first word I'd use to describe a test server. I'd use buggy, annoying, friendly, then fun, but hey, the bugginess is all part of the job! ^^

Hmm...I geuss that should be "Nope. (too short)" Is that right?

Anyway, I think it would be cool, if only I could test toontown, and have a paid account, but the way it looks, I won't.
