To those who dont have a famed weapon

I sent a email on how to increase your chance of getting a weapon and they sent me this.


Thank you for your recent e-mail.

The Famed Weapons are very desirable indeed! A savvy Pirate with these in their Weapons Belt would definitely be a skilled swashbuckler! However, no one knows for sure where these weapons can be found. The best bet for a Pirate like yourself is to challenge as many new, strong enemies as you can. The more you fight, the more likely you are to find the weapons that you are looking for.

That is the answer they always give. At least that is what I have gathered from everyone here. It isn't like they will ask for your pirate's name and account name and plop a Famed Weapon right in your pocket.

Looking for some special weapon or item gives me a reason to play with no new big quest out there. I do wish there was trading because I have collected some nice things and have had to trash them because of lack of room.

Also... not all the famed weapons are that great. One of my pirates
has two famed swords, but neither is as good as a non-famed Royal
Broadsword.

I did find one of those royal broadswords the other day. Your right not all famed weapons are good.

I got two famed voodoo dolls from Dark Hart, if that helps any. ,

I got my Bejeweled Broadsword from Darkheart. I then got a Bloodfire Cutlass from an enemy in the caves on Tormenta. I believe the Bloodfire was from one of those guys that have the dolls, whatever they're called.

I sent them a message that they should increase the "Boss Concentration", i.e, increase the protection level for bosses thus making them a hard challenge, and with it, beautiful rewards for pirates. Well, they replied with a slightly generic message by saying that they agree, and that bosses should be harder provided with weapons as good drops....

I guess they are going to make new bosses on the new islands that was rumers to come soon? Although there would be like hundreds of pirates defeating the boss and it would die the first second it came out, unless it's not shootable.

Just to throw this out there, I have three famed weapons and got none of them from bosses. Boss fighting is starting to become a little overrated for me, although fighting them with guilds or friends is still fun.
