El Patron's Lost Weapons Taken! April 15, 2010

I like this update because... well, kind of obvious.

I hope they're able to fix the lost items bug because, I lost some really good stuff, that took me a while to get! I lost the chest SvS quest tatoos, and my red skull hat, and some other quest clothing.

Not fun... Please don't reset the game to fix this, either.

I lost the exact same items, mate. I just think is an opportunity to replay some of those quests. I honestly don't care much about the skull hats or any kind of hats. I am just glad to replay things on my bored pirates.

Well, i lost me lucky hat, me lucky boots, and me lucky belt...none were quest related...;( , but, I love me rare brawlers cutlass...so,,,its a trade off...lol

Hope this island, if actually made will be larger than most of the islands. I also hope it isn't like Kings, but still heavily guarded by the EITC. I would love to see some more clothes to buy, new weapons to buy, and even a level cap raise in case the enemies on Ravens Cove are super powerful.

All my stuff was back this morning. I even had 2 barbossa outfits because I was wearing it when the update first came live. I did sell some clothes finally to make room for new stuff.

That's great to hear! My clothes weren't a big deal because the clothes I was wearing were the only ones I really use. Now tatts... I am happy they're back because o had some really expensive, and some limited time ones like St. Patrick's day clovers.

I know some folks were heartbroken over their wardrobes. Personally, I LOVE finally getting rid of my first outfit! It was terrible, what was I thinking!? NOW - IT'S GONE!! YAY!

Lol, I say the same thing my starter clothes were hideous when I got my wardrobe back they where the first to go.

I was more worried about having to get rid of my old weapons just to make room for new weapons. Clothing/tattoos/jewelry can disappear for all I care. But all my weapons... The pride I had when I worked hard to get the to that next level so that I could buy that gun. Now I had to sell some of them weapons.

Nothing special about the weapons you previously had, but I could live without losing certain items in my inventory.

Some of that stuff used to cost a good buck, and you can't even sell them for decent price if you were planning to get rid of them anyways.

Why are people getting anxious over a bug? It is a known issue, and im sure they are working on it. They would seriously only make a bad impression if they cant fix they bug and had to leave everyone without their old weapons/outfit/tattoos/jewellery, and receive alot of complains on live chat. So as a good impression always counts for D, im sure right now they are trying to fix things that does not involve a reset.

Everyone regained all of their items... if not, sell some of the items you have, to leave room. When you do that, if you have another item, it takes the place of the removed one.

....I was on menta and found a holy repeater pistol, rare...and lost it cuz I didn't wanna trash anything,,,and I didna want to leave to sell...and the chest disappeared after the full items message...while i hesitated....arrr.....lesson learned...

Guess I'm 1 of the few that's not happy with this. Don't like this new update, it messed up all my baby Holiday themed pirates that I made for Xmas, Easter, Valentines & etc. I only use those pirates like 1 month each year when I dont feel like leveling but just wanna hang out & give friend's crew rep, so they're basic. I made those pirates using the OLD inventory, all their Starting Outfits unfortunately got categorized as Unlimited Only now =( All my holiday pirates have the perfect themed colored outfits & now they can't wear any of them cept the default white shirt/tan pants combo/"undies? lolol". Only way to fix this is if I remake those holiday pirates so I can pick wearable clothes from the New Inventory from the Make-a-Pirate stage, but then I'd lose my friend list =( So old pirates get punished coz we can't wear Starting Outfit at all but new pirates get to wear their starting outfit, sheesh.

Lastly, this inventory expansion wasn't big enough, ik ik lol I guess I'm in the minority, but I got more clothes than the new update, game even says I should remove some items to recover lost items lolololol. I got so much clothes because I had a full closet before I did the clothes quests, so I had 2 pages/7 items each category, (8 shirts coz of the V-day shirt & 8 hats coz of the Red/Gold skull bandana) & stuff. I can't see everything I own now with the new inventory box. The old box, you had pages you could flip thru so you could see everything, now I gotta trash stuff to see the rest of my inventory =(
