Open Chat Help

hey guys i really need help on open chat and how to make my account use open chat and if i need to be on a parent account please help guys

Go to Account Services > Manage Account > Log In > Parental Controls > (under open chat) With Any Disney Member.

I'm not sure what to do then. I never had any problems, it could be because you aren't the "parent" account.

i log on to my parent account ( my mums) and it still doesnt work it just works on her account not mine

Hmm, you might be changing the settings of HER account, not yours.

When you log on to your Parent's Account on the POTCO site, and go to that Control Panel, you need to click on the tab with YOUR account name on it (that little tab should be on the side somewhere.) Once you do that, just change the settings to how you see fit.

I do but when I log in to the parent account then I click on my name then tick open chat a little pop up comes up and says that only this guest or a validated adult can change these settings but it is a validated account please help
