Tuga Invasions today - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

There were 2 invasions on Tuga today. One at around 3:30p est & on e at 6:30p est. I only caught the end of the earlier one which was a victory for the pirates.
But the later invasion, revealed the Powder Keg Haulers in a group of at least 4. They proceeded up the hill & knocked out many a high level pirate. It appears, the smaller areas to defend from them creates the mass explosions that KO's pirates. They need to be taken down in the more open spaces of the island. Anyways, the pirates defended sucessfully, albeit, many were knocked out in the process. But, pirates never give up & they re-grouped & proceeded to wave the victory flag!!! There was the absence of the Tally at the end of the invasion which was reported to Disney.

I was there for the second invasion today. It seemed to me that the powder keg runners were moving awfully slow. All the other undead were running past them. It does seem better if we take them down out in the open so as not to get hit by the explosion. Also from what I heard there was no tally or rep at the end of either invasion.

There was no tally or rep at either invasion, Jacob...but it was reported. Something I hadn't witnessed on my own has come to light, though. A Keg Hauler arose out of the ground by Misty Mire, which made it impossible to fight that one in the open!

Yep, certainly making the invasions more trickier which is wonderful.
The first invasion Jolly didn't even get to appear as the Powder Keg Runners did his job for him and set the faithful bride on fire (I think). The second was better as we were a little more prepared, saving the faithful bride barricade and foiling the last wave battling there. Jolly then proceeded to appear on the beach, and before he got to the gypsy barricade he was a gonner! WTG Everyone!!
I'm wondering now the invasions in Padres are back, will we see the powder keg runners there also?? Interesting............

Are the Padres invasion back, Polly? Haven't seen one yet. But, I'm certain just bad timing on my part.
