Phantom flag ship....
I was curious if there were any skeleton ships that are boardable? If so what is on board. A screen shot when waiting for basic access shows people boarding a phantom with flotsam and other high levels on board, anyone seen one?

That is just a screenshot. From my knowledge, you can't bored them. If you are near one, you might see an undead on one.
