Daggers?
Just curious...
Does anyone know why disney would name throwing knives after snakes? ex: asp, adder, sidewinder, viper I doubt there is an answer. but it'd be cool if there was one. |

I assume that could be one of the reasons, but it's a little bit strange. If only I knew my types of snakes.... |

I believe that the names of the snakes for the throwing daggers that were use are names of poisonous snakes. That is the only connection I can come up with. One of the throwing daggers does come with a poison on it, just can't remember which it is off hand.

Theyre deadly, they bite, and they jump out at you without warning.

I believe the daggers are named after snakes because they are deadly. Viper's nest would be a sharp bite, thats why there are so many daggers thrown. Also, pirates used to have daggers hidden in their boots, I believe a snake could camouflage themselves in tough enviroments.

I think it is because Daggers and Throughing Knives Like Snakes Are fast, swift, and very deadly.
