Can't find any high level creatures!

Hey I was wondering if anyone can seem to find the higher level creatures. For example, when looking for Huge Alligators in Cuba, near the entrance to where Tia Dalma is, they arent there. Also looked for Giant Scorpions and Vampire Bats where they are known to be, and they aren't there either. Can anyone tell me if they see any higher level creatures?

Apparently a few things have changed since the last update.

If you are looking for high level creatures...try Tormenta.

If you tell us exactly what kind of high level creatures your looking for, and maybe we could help you a bit more.

The Huge Alligators have been taken out of Cuba. They are no longer there. Don't know why... but they were.

Vampire bats can be found in Murky Hollow, Port Royal. There aren't many of them, but they are there. Giant Scorpions can be found in many places including Rumrunners Island.

Unless they've all been taken out of the game, they should be there

If Huge Alligators are gone, how will I finish the quest? lol

I looked for Dread Scorpions in Tortuga, where they have been in the past, and they are gone. I also looked for Vampire Bats in Tortuga and Port Royal but didn't see any. I didn't really mean high level creatures, but the creatures that are bigger than their counterparts. Ex. Giant Scorpian and Dread Scorpion.

In the above post I meant to say Dread Scorpions, not Giant.

Huge Alligators can be found in Tortuga, Misty Mire I think (which is the entrance all the way on the left in the water)... they should be somewhere around there. Good luck

Hmm.. You should try this one place I went. When I went, it was me and literally 1,000+ Red Coats . Kingshead is the place.

I believe Cuba has high levels, the Fly Traps.

have any of you seen a huge alligator since the update? Not even misty mire or whatever has them. Ive checked there and cuba. any suggestions?

edit: i found ONE. its in some back corner by the entrance. Have to turn the corner. Its the only spawning place i can find in misty mire or all of the game. blah it stinks.

I met the huge alligators today in El Sudorno (or something like that-you can reach it by running through Beckket's Quarry). There were a lot of high level creatures aswell as huge alligators.
But i dont understand why they took them away from Cuba cause when you arent high leveled you wont make it through Beckket's Quarry alive.

try looking past Tia Dalma, sure I saw some giant alligators there

If you look at my guide to the wild islands (in the tips and guide section) you will see islands there that have all of what you have mentioned and I do believe every one of them still has them.

For example, there are vampire bats in tormenta cave, huge alligators in cutthroat cave, and more than one has dread scorps.

go in to the Misty Mire in Tortuga... take the first left off the main area where there are two torches....
The huge gator comes out of the area to the right of the shack in there... he will reappear over and over.

The vampire bat is in the thieves den in tortuga. It is sometimes in the mist/waterfall by the entrance in the graveyard but there is also one that respawns not far from the other entrance but the second way you have to go past all of the soldiers.

Dread scorpion on port royal is in the cave to the far right of the island when standing in front of the shipwright looking towards the town (sorry can't remember the name of the cave been there for the first time last night). You kill it step away and it respawns.

There are plenty of high level creatures in Kingshead, as well as the caves spread throughout the islands.
