Test Log in Troubles!

anyone else having trouble logging into test server?

I can not log in on one account my other accounts work fine...POTC has been NO help.
When I try to log in it says "bad account or password"

I can log into regular server with this account just not test.


I basically only play on the test server and my major pirates are on the account that I can not log into!!!!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the test server with no change!

any suggestions????

Maleficent, don't worry, I'm having the same problems. Some people can get on and some can't.

After calling Pirates because the problem lasted for a while they told me that the test server was having problems.(even the toontown test server is) Give them a day, maybe two, and the test server should be available for EVERYONE. Some people can get on and some can't. They told me that they're trying to fix the server and it should be up by this week.(Hopefully tomorrow.)

The lady I called told me she had fifteen other calls asking about the same problem. She told me that she doesn't know why some accounts can get on but others can't.

got it I have to use a lower case letter in player id to log into test a upper case for regular .... go figure!

Oh, well that stinks. The lady told me that the server was having problems. If I'm the only one that can't get on, then either the lady lied to me or the server decided to cut me out.

EDIT: I can get on. Whatever server problems they had must be fixed.
