Well there are a number of places, and where you will find the most from the game, will definately come down to a personal preference.

As you progress your skills you will find yourself moving around to different spots as well.

My favorite place for working on cutlass is Fort Dundee on Padres. I hang out in the corner, and feast on Veterans, and Officers that spawn, and march into this corner on a regular basis. Regular enough to eliminate them before the next batch, but doesnt leave ya waiting for enemies to respawn.

Im sure there will be a number of other recommendations coming along

I would prefer on stumps. Pistol and cutlass are pretty good on them!

I have the same problem, and I find that Kingshead, El Sudoron, and Fort Dundee are the best places to work on cutlass. Kingshead may sound clίche, but the top tower has a ton of high levels (assassins, mercenaries, officers) to slash at, with minimal rep stealers.

I like Becketts Quarry for the cutlass because of all the healers and wide level range of enemies. You are sure to find an enemy that gives you plenty of rep put isn't too hard to beat. You can start at grunts and work your way up to assassins.

Dan,

I would 2nd on the Beckett's nomination due to healers. The Royal Caverns is good when you're starting out for the same reasons, but you're farther along.

If you have a back up mates healing you and you're close to mastering, then Tormenta Cave.

Samuel in Beckett's Quarry gives good rep til cutlass lvl gets to 20 or 21. After that, I would suggest going to the back of Padres and leveling on Timothy Dartan or Darkhart.

Try Timothy Darton or General Darkhart on the back of PDF. That's where I leveled up all my weapons once they reached Lv. 17+.

Actually, I would add Beckett's Quarry to my list. If you can get to a quiet server, then Samuel is a great enemy to train on. Also, there are plenty of other enemies including Vets (Veterans), Officers, Grunts, Assassins, Mercenaries, and Hired Guns.

I reckon i'd have to also say Becketts quarry is a good place for mid-upper levels of leveling due to the healers at everones disposal. I just never tried leveling in there really. Just not one of my favorite areas of the game... too dark

I always like going to Outcast and on either end there are level 28-40 stumps. Plus there is a healer on each end. DIE EVIL STUMPS!!!!!

With the new updates, If you don't plan on bringing a healer along with you, I would suggest going somewhere with an NPC healer. They can be lifesavers at times- literally!
