Account trouble PLZ HELP
Hi my brother and i reinstalled the game last night (after a 6 month break from it) we upgraded our accounts back to Full Unlimited Access and played for a couple of hours without problem, then this morning when turning the game on we had both been set back to Basic Members. i have emailed Disney about the problem (however i am concerned with it being the weekend that we wont get a reply for quite some time) so i thought id try posting here to see if anyone had any ideas as to why this happend
Someone mentioned something about Disney removing linked accounts last month. my brother and i had seperate accounts (and play on seperate computers, he lives a few houses down the road so not sharing an IP or anything) however we are both paying for the game using the same PayPal account. im not sure if this has anything to do with our problem but i thought id mention it anyway we would greatly appreciate any help or advice that anyone could offer, thank you for your time. |

Sounds like a mess up on Disney's part. They are open on Saturdays so give them a call or go to the live tech support located on the POTCO site. Good Luck!

Not really sure whats the problem, there are plenty of different reasons. The one that is probably effecting you is, sometimes the accounts randomly revert back to basic on accident. Even if you're paying, theres a chance of this happening, it usually works fine once you relog, uninstall, or have Disney fix it.
If that isn't the problem, i'm sure someone else here knows. |

thanks for the replys, ive tried reinstalling but still says im on basic access, the live support on the website is offline for an update but i have emailed them
