Whats happening?
Yesterday I added a game card i received online and added it to my current access card (1 monthers) Well, first my issue was, the account manager didn't update, changing my expiration date from June 1, 2009 to July 1, 2009. Now, as im logging in, the screen turns into the basic access screen with ads and such. I am getting really frustrated. Is anyone else experiencing this!?! haven't had that happened but you should file a bug report. maybe they'll have a solution.

nah its no worries, they just informed us that theyll be back online soon!!! could this be for the update?? NAAHHH!!! lol

I've had this problem before when adding a game card to my account, and this was the only result I could find:
Was the card you got mailed to you? Or was it purchased? If it was mailed, it only works on new accounts, if it was one you purchased on your own it should have worked. |

They had some issues today with their billing/accounts systems, perhaps it will be squared away tomorrow, otherwise you might call them they usually are pretty good at listening

hmmm.... well i received it through email... but the secret is.... i sent it to myself LOL i had a 25 dollar visa card and i used it. it worked before, but i guess its not working this time??
