Totally agree. However, like ToonTown and the other big d games, they tend to put out the same holiday "events" every year. Fireworks, Special Tats, Green Seas, and Pork Roasts are something we are more than likely going to be seeing every year in Pirates. Hey, they code it once, flip a switch, and it's back. A no brainer for them. Which is sad IMO.

It's new to some players at least...still wish they would put something out for the 40's though.

This I imagine is a major part of the reason they are working on revising the inventory (hoping it effects tattoos as well).

When they had the last special release skull cap, I called support 3 times, spoke on live chat 4-5 times complaining about these limitations. It was quite interesting to get a quick blow off answer, and when I told them as a POF moderator, i'd share the answer with POF readers. Miraculously after I said that, it was funny how each and everytime they decided to try a bit harder to help me, trying to get a better answer. That particular incident (skull cap event) resulted in their grog blog itself being full of negative feedback for the first time. I think they finally realized this is a problem. Not that it put a priority on the fix though, here we are with another special event, and no room in inventory to get them. In their defense... they have alot on their plate. We want alot, and it 'seems' they waited a little too long to start addressing these issues, so we are all understandably losing our patience.

I reread what i'd said, and well didnt mean to implicate that 'my' actions were the cause of them planning on revising inventory if that was the way it sounded, but the last special release bandana event... I think finally opened their eyes. And hey you guys (and gals) are all alright yourselves!
