im doing dagger quest and i need guard tongs and i have been killing guards around the mansion on port royal for about 10 mins and im wondering if theres a certain place to kill guards at

You might have to kill them at the Fort, thats where I got mine atleast. The best spawning places for them are at the bottom of the stairs, and in that walkway near the crane.

i got mine near the mansion. it doesn't matter where they are, as long as they're gaurds. you just have to keep at it till you get some. it took me a little while.
