Lol, it's not so bad if you just sit down and say "I'm going to master grenades today." I went from 21 to 25 in one morning. It was boring and tiring but it's not so bad once you get into the right frame of mind. So go for it Zekers. Jason and John would love to help you out with a crew bonus.

Zeke, I recommend trying the Catacombs. Both of my pirates mastered grenades there in no time at all.
