when you go into the town part of tortuga (the circle one), it's the first door on your left. The town part i mean is where you repair your boat, the entrance to the main place (town part) that's the place you go in, and the first door on your left. I know it sounds confusing, but it's difficult to explain.

The Captain is correct. As you walk through the arches into the town towards the Bride Tavern, it is indeed the first door to the left. You might want to take some friends. There is a big Dude in there guarding the desk! Good Luck!
