Does anyone know how to get money quick? I'm getting toward war galleon but war frigates are nice so i am in a money scramble to make alot it maxed to buy both.

You mean kill ALOT of stuff.. just killing stuff isnt really a very good or quick way to make gold unless your leveling staff on the vets on kingshead for example.

Sailing, and blackjack are the best ways.. Sailing takes some skill, blackjack takes cheat cards and luck.

In the red or yellow, killing many enemies simultaneously en masse is great money. Otherwise, if you have around 8,000 or so, and are a decent hand at poker, or are one of the greats at blackjack, do that.

Poker is a more conservative way to make money, and is far easier to cut grounds on. Blackjack takes luck mostly, seeing as the cards aren't there to be counted. Sailing may be your way, as you are trying to get a bigger ship.

Then again, someone can give you the or some of the money needed via a poker table by causing the npc's to fold, and folding thereafter after them.

Sailing is the best and quickest way to get lots of Gold. I made 20G on gold sailing yesterday with my other pirate "Shadowness". averaging about 1k per trip. Go beahind Padres, get a good crew and... Baddabim Baddabum!!!you are rich!

Aye, if ye have a friend willing to give or "loan" ye money, that's ny far the quickest way.

Otherwise, sail with a mate that has Treasure Sense maxxed--quickest way overall. Most people who get good at blackjack (cheating, that is) don't have enough cheat cards to sustain them for huge amounts of money.

Sailing with those with treasure sense can bring in a good chunk of change.

Knowing what and how to play bj, by far the biggest amount. There is a post here on the boards describing that. Sitting in the right spot, think quick enough to make combos to double down with cheat cards, and starting it over again.

Do poker as a team betting up the pot when one of you has a sure win hand. But the one that loses should not bet all their gold as they need it for the next hand. Sometimes this way can take an hour or 2 to get 10k, 20, 30k plus or however much you are looking to get. Make sure you whisper to each other what your holding as that helps. Do not use cheat cards doing this as there is no need to.

Aye kill the undead get some cheatin cards take em to the black jack tables over at padres change the cards in your favor of 21 make money leave table site back down and repeat

(reason why you get up and sit back down is because i have found that if you continue to play after you use 1 cheat card your chances of getting caught go up the next time you use one)

I gained around 10,000 the other day playing blackjack, though it was because I had lost about 12,000 the week before. Anywhoo, I got my ship, so eh.
