Thanks to all the Pirate Masters ... weapons first method

Thanks to all the Pirate Masters and everyone who has posted great tips and advice on the "level your weapons to 20" method, and all the weapons and quests posts.

My second character,(sort of fourth or so really), Molly Stormspinner, notoriety 33 all from weapons, has leveled all weapons to twenty and did the quests for the new weapons, before starting the Black Pearl quest. (After reading so many less than kind comments about the new weapons, I was anxious about them- but I kind of like them!)
Whoo hoo! It took 34 days of play, hours upon hours of hacking, cleaving, poking, swarming, eviscerating, gouging, blasting, bombing, lightening bolting, scorching, shooting and broadsiding to obtain one tough little character .
(My pirate was very tough, I thought, until I met up with Remington the Viscous and Neban the Silent. My great thanks go out to Gentleman Jack who helped me defeat Neban, and then disappeared- thanks matey! Those are two tough bosses, but I did manage Remington after a few study runs on my own.)
I sure hope that I will be able to make level 25 on my weapons by the time I reach the 'Pearl take back' quest.
Patience is key with this method, lots of patience.
My hat goes off to all who have mastered their Pirate and weapons. I salute you. Its a long, but fun, haul.
