Problem logging in.

I try to log in and it says bad id or password. I know what the pw is but i tried requesting it and the website won;t even send me it, is like the account doesn;t exist. I sent out a email on monday and haven't gotten a response yet so i sent another one a few hours ago and still nothing. I just payed the fee to unlock the game and less then a day it messes up. Can someone please respond to my email and help me out.

aye I'm having bad problems with my account also. same wont take my pass word. Talked to customer service and tech support. nothing resolved .They gave me instructions to send my files to them. I tried and it didn't work. Im also getting a pop up from internet explorer that says problem with security certificate but it is saying it on my e mail also. maybe its my computer?
