Fire Opal & Small Diamond - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

Okay, I've read through the threads about these two rare valuables...killing every Undead Gravedigger I see in hopes of finding the Fire Opal. I know it's mainly random, but there do seem to be certain places & enemies that give you specific plunder (teeth, rogues, etc.)...if anyone could just tell me a general location of where you're finding valuables, I'd be very grateful.

Today i found the fire opal in the catacombs i was leveling my grenades and then it happened and i think its random..but u might not find any like that in a undead gravedigger. But the small diamond i got it when i was a guest so i dont really remember {:

I got the fire opal on one of my pirates killing a Vampire bat in Thieves Den.

I have not been able to repeat that feat however with my other fire opalless pirates.

And I definately tried.. lol

Well, I guess that's that. It's gotta be random, but I have found that I get plunder when I use several attack combos...but enemies that can actually take that from me are few & far between. Advice to those reading: Try to get all your items BEFORE you max & master, lol.

Thanks for trying to help everyone, if y'all see me running round the game, you can garauntee I'm still looking for those two items.

i just got mine it was the fire opal from a lvl 31 stump on hassano ocean at 9:58 a.m. eastern time it was classified rare which gives you a 100+ gold right there

Mmm, I'm also struggling to find the small diamond, but also the emerald.
I've had the fire opal a few times actually, but the diamond & emerald I just can't seem to get.

yesterday we were having a raid and when i killed a veteran i plundered the pirate slayer mark worth 100 gold

Forgive me.. whats a "pirate slayer mark" ??

I've filled my pockets with those vets on that field so often, im not thinking this is that unusual.

Yep, I got mine from a Sergeant, worth 100 gold.
Not really unusual, many treasures give 100 gold when plundered, for example, the Diamond, Fire Opal etc.

I got mine, from an undead brigand on one of mine, but i dont have it on the other, i dont think.. lol.. i only remember it cuz one of my guildmates needed it and had just asked where to find it when i got mine.. lol..

Yeah he tried for three hours in the same place to get his.. no luck..

Port Royal, Murky Hollow, Middle Set of Brigands.. Midlevel one i think..

Using my CUTLASS..
