The Map?

I have a question about the map!

I have learned that you can teleport to islands but.............not all islands appear on the map. I can zoom the map in so only Port Royal shows but zooming out only goes so far and then stops and I have found no way to scroll left and right or up and down to find other islands, specifically Tortuga.

Anyone know if this is possible or are the 4 outlying islands on the main map the only ones we can teleport to?

No, we can teleport to most of the islands. I can't get to two of the tiny tiny ones.
To move the map hold your left click down as you slide your mouse.
