Next Step??

Hey All. Ok after you get a Cutlass and train will Will Turner. The quest screen says to Return to Unknown Townsperson (or something close to that)

Where is it next I go? and Speak to whom?

The unknown town person, that just cracks me up. After I trained with Will and found out I wasn't getting points I headed out back and went after the skeletons and started racking up cutlass points as well as notoriety points. I never had to turn anything in, it could be something they have added since I trained my first cutlass. Go fight some skeletons and see what happens.

I made a new pirate last night and also had to return to the unknown town person. I tried to go back to Will Turner but I couldn't engage him. I ended up logging out of the game then logging back in and visiting Will Turner again. He went thru his cutlass spiel again, I had to practice a couple of shots on the dummy, then I was suddenly in front of Will Turner being given the Tia Dalma task. I finished that task but did not get my notoriety increase like I should have.
