Post Secret Kingshead dock

When u swim around to the other side of Kingshead, u will find a secret dock. U cannot get onto the dock from the outside so you have to go through the inner walls of Kingshead. There is a tunnel connected to the dock. I was wondering if someone could give me step-by-step instructions on how to get to that tunnel. I was thinking that this area would be a great place for guild meetings since probably only 100 players know about this. The Kingshead skeleton is hard to navigate. I have tried to navigate to the tunnel, but it seems that you have to go down stairs at the right time since the walls basically go in a circle so you never know if you have been through that area yet. All that I know is that it is exactly opposite to the main entrance.

Thanks in advance!

I was there yesterday tryin to figure this out. I know you have to glitch through stairs, but not sure where. When I did, I was able to walk the outer edge above, but when I tried to get close, I would fall into the water.

Too bad for you. It is one of those things, where you are supposed to figure it out yourself, so you understand important aspects of how to glitch anywhere. And what some of the "normal" glitch limitations, are. If you didn't figure it out on your own, you'll probably never quite get it.

I don't even approve glitching and your telling people to figure it out on their own.
I'm sorry but glitching to me tells me that the person glitching likes to find everything wrong with the game.

Now I feel bad. If I hurt anyones feelings sorry but glitching tells me that you like to exploit things in the game.

Well, um, yes. The first time you fly through "heaven" behind Faithful Bride, you realize that the programmers and Maya designers must use some of these to check on layout and aspect ratios and stuff.

Then later, there is the realization that they forgot to trap that stuff on the test servers, but instead have it wide open for the whole world to experience. ZOMG, did they realize they goofed?

Then later, you read on the forums that the wall glitches present in almost every scene (I haven't noticed any in Rambleshack, but everywhere else, yes) are not even planned on being fixed. Only the most egregious glitches are even considered for patching. The realization sets in, that the various "Easter eggs" may in fact be intentional..."KH invisible & invulnerable" being a good example of a glitch that couldn't possibly be accidental.

So, at that point, knowing that some glitches are out there, just to be exploited, you learn that some people use glitches (ok, all glitches) for competitive advantage. You can either abandon POTCO at that point, or start to learn how to combine the glitches, so that you can pinpoint their weaknesses. Learning useless poker glitches teach you how to combine even more glitches, possibly into something useful.

Getting onto the dock is only the combination of two glitch types/methods. The KH invulnerability is three. The old patched boss battle mountain glitch was just one.

Do I "like" finding everything wrong with the game. Honestly, yes, it is partly amusing. Recent experiences like SvS leave me with a desire to learn how to do the cannon 360 glitch, to see if it can be undermined. But the most important reason to pursue glitches, is so that they can be identified, reproduced, confirmed and reported.

Amusing?
Telling me you want to find everything wrong with the game tells me you are only playing to exploit what's wrong.
If you use glitches to get farther in the game taht also tells me that your weak. By weak I mean not experience, you need to do glitches to get ahead in the game whiles others would rather do it the hard/right way.

That last part you said is my favorite part.
When I find a glitch I report it.
While playing POTCO wouldn't it be more fun to go out sailing and sinking ships than glitching? If you're on a game just to glitch your wasting your time.
I'm not trying to be a bad guy here but if I were a dev and I knew people glitched I would try my hardest to fix that glitch and then laugh to myself when people get mad when they get fixed.
I never have and never will approve or like glitching. If it was up to me to get rid of all glitches then there would be no more wall glitches, flag ship glitch, etc...

You seem to be making pretty ridiculous, absurd assumptions. Before you go making wild incorrect assumptions, please read what I wrote. I too would be delighted to have a go at the source code, to fix glitches. The problem is that the developers (or more likely, their boss, or the parent company, or whoever) does not consider the glitches that ruin the game, a priority. Should there be wall glitches? Not on open!

Well...
Yes POTCO would rather make money by releasing new things rather than fixing bugs but if they knew that there were people out tehre who wanted bugs fixed then they would probably fix them.

I'm sure that a lot more then a 100 know about the extra dock at KH...it's even shown on the POTC wiki...

I would like to think that there is something planned for it down the road...

Gotta keep changing up the routine.. dont we?

Presently the number of things to do creates a somewhat small cycle, so stupid stuff like this just helps fight off the monotony.
