Yeah, just like every other combo move. I did notice though that it was harder to get my timing for the flourish skill. So just practice on the air until you get it just right, lol.

Its pretty much the same. After cleave ends click and flourish will be happening.

yea do your normal combo to get to cleave then after just continue and when u unlock the next combo skill just add on to that one (same applies for dagger conbos)
