If you do, it is very tiny. You get about 5 rep for sinking a ship.

No you do not. You do, however, get cannon rep at the end of each round of Cannon Defense - more or less based on how much damage you do that round.

You don't get Reputation for SvS, but you do get small amounts of Rep while playing Cannon Defense. During and at the end of each round.
